Help us understand

Include your device model, iOS version, MindPass app version and what happened. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords or authentication credentials. Avoid screenshots containing private information.

Purchases

Use Restore purchases in MindPass to check the subscription associated with your Apple Account. You can manage or cancel it in Apple subscription settings. For refunds, visit Apple’s purchase support. Uninstalling MindPass does not cancel a subscription.

App protection

MindPass requires Screen Time authorisation. Routines combine with your Default setup, and an app stays protected while any active routine covers it. Strict mode prevents weakening protection until its waiting period ends. iOS Settings always controls the underlying authorisation.
